Sign in to your main account. Turn on the PS4 and enter the credentials as usual. To delete other accounts, you will have to log in as the primary user.

Go to “Settings”. From the home screen, push up the left joystick to open the options menu. Continue using the left stick to navigate, scrolling right until you find the toolbox icon of “Settings”. Press “X” to select it.

Delete the user you want to delete. Scroll down to the user you want to remove. Press “X” then confirm to remove the user. Next, you just need to follow the instructions of the PS4.
