At any time, simply opening and closing Google Chrome twice in a row will erase the recently closed history on your device. If you’re signed in to Chrome on more than one device, it’s possible that recently closed tabs will still be visible on other devices using the same account. In this case, you need to clear the Recently Closed list on each device separately.
