Open Facebook. Go to https://www.facebook.com/ using your computer’s web browser. You’ll see your News Feed page if you’re signed in.

If you are not logged in, enter your email address and password in the box at the top right corner of the page.

Click Manage Pages in the middle of the displayed menu.

Select page. Click the page name that you want to delete.

Click Settings at the top of the page to access the Settings section of the page.

Click the General tab at the top of the drop-down menu on the left side of the screen.

Scroll down and click Remove Page at the bottom of the drop-down list. Once you click it, that selection line will expand and show additional selections.

Click Permanently delete [page] under the “Remove page” heading.

For example, if your page is called “Broccoli”, you would click on the line Remove Broccoli Permanently .

Click Delete Page when asked. This will delete your page immediately; when Facebook asks for confirmation, click OK to complete the page deletion process.

On the phone

Open Facebook. Select the Facebook app with a white “f” icon on a blue background. You’ll see your News Feed if you’re signed in to your account.

If you’re not logged into Facebook, enter your email address (or phone number) and password before continuing.

Select My Pages at the top of the list.

On Android, you’ll scroll down (if needed) and select Pages .

Choose your site. Tap the name of the page you want to delete to view it.

Tap Edit Page with the pencil icon below the page title. When you touch the icon, you will see another menu appear.

If you can’t find the Edit Page option, click the ⋯ icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then select Edit Page in the menu that appears.

Select Settings in this menu to open the site’s settings.

Select Permanently delete [page] in the “Remove page” section.

For example, if your page is called “Green Days”, you would tap the line Remove Green Days Permanently .

Select Delete Page when prompted. This will delete your page immediately; When asked for confirmation, select OK to complete the page deletion.

This process cannot be undone.

Advice

To delete a Facebook page, you must be the founder (or admin) of the page.
Your page will always be visible if you don’t delete it.

Warning

Once the page has been deleted, you cannot restore it.
