An existential crisis occurs when your ideas about the meaning of life, and your place in it, no longer provide satisfaction, direction, or peace of mind. Coping with this crisis requires acknowledging your current state of mind, then redefining your life’s meaning by connecting yourself to your beliefs and focusing your energy on productive tasks. or get creative, and analyze the lessons you’ve learned so far.
