Sexual confidence comes from within, and learning how to be confident can take a lot of work. Maybe you lack self-confidence due to your inexperienced body or lack of sex experience. Develop self-confidence
- When a negative thought pops into your head, you should immediately turn it into a positive one. For example, when you look in the mirror and think, “I hate this body,” you can look for strengths and be proud of it, such as, “My eyes are so attractive” or “My legs are great.
