The formula for risk is actually quite simple: novelty + courage = risk. Someone with an adventurous spirit might jump out of a plane, be the first to volunteer to save someone, or even ask someone out on a date. You may not be the adventurous type. - Wondering why you want to take the risk? What do you think that will give you? Are you ready to accept all opportunities? If you think so, you are correct.

- Conquering fear leads to building confidence in yourself, your thoughts, and your actions. You will learn how to take care of yourself. For example, you may be too afraid to leave your parents’ house because you think you can’t. If you choose to take the risk and walk away and realize that you can, you have conquered your fear.
- Use visualization. Imagine yourself doing some action that challenges yourself to be adventurous and come out of it alive and well. - You can imitate the actions of an expert you do not know. For example, if you admire an oceanographer who has a TV show, you can watch the show and follow them on social media. You can ask them some questions through a few social media channels.
- Planning an adventure with friends can be fun. Discuss and agree that each person is responsible for the task that needs to be completed. For example, a person can check airfare online; others determine what to do while you are at the destination.
