Crying in front of the person who is yelling at you is truly a pathetic experience. This embarrasses you and can affect your image at work, school or home. Of course, crying is a normal human response, but in some situations, you have to hold back your tears – so what to do? If you’re someone who cries easily, there are a few ways you can manage your emotions (and tears). In addition, you should also learn to take care of yourself after crying a lot.
