By following the trail marked by the Sites of Grace, follow the road from the Cave of Knowledge past the Church of Elleh, though a small forest to find a Site of Grace at the foot of the Stormgate by the Gatefront Ruins, and she will appear before you to offer aid when you sit down to rest, as well as access to a spectral steed, Torrent, by way of the Spectral Steed Whistle.
