The priciest listing in Calabasas is a $25 million Venetian-style mansion, and – get this – it has a one-lane bowling alley, a 20-seat movie theater and a game court for basketball and tennis.
More than an entertainment hub, this eight-bedroom, 15-bathroom house completed in 2013 at 23594 Park South Street sits behind two gates on more than 15 acres in the exclusive Park South community,
“Once you get behind the gates to get into the community and you come down the hill and see the house, it’s breathtaking,” said Gayle Barnes of Next Level Properties, the co-listing agent. “It’s like a little oasis.”
There is nothing little about the house. It sprawls across nearly 24,500 square feet of living space.

“I recently checked with the previous owner who told me this house is the biggest house in Calabasas the city has ever approved,” said Leah Qin, the co-listing agent who oversaw the construction as a part-owner.
Towering doors make for a dramatic entry to the grand foyer, with its curving staircase and wrought iron railing, crystal chandelier, and Italian marble floors.
From there, the rest of this wood and steel structure unfolds as spacious halls for formal dining and lounging.
There is an office off the wood-paneled library.
Marble floors in the master bathroom lead to a soaking tub, set between pillars and surrounded by window views of rolling hills.
Other features include a spacious laundry room, a sauna, two elevators, a guest house, and a solar farm.
The listing includes plans for a pool area with a bar and cabana.
If the mansion gets even near that amount, it will be the most expensive house ever sold in Calabasas.
That record on publicly sold homes is currently held by Avalon Ranch, a gated 90-acre equestrian estate at 24900 Paseo Del Rancho that the MLS shows nabbed $13.95 million in 2015.
