Beat the Sicilian – Practical Repertoire for White
We are happy to invite you to our camp Beat the Sicilian – Practical Repertoire for White.
The Sicilian Defence has always been a major issue for 1.e4 players. White players usually face a dilemma – learn tons of theory in the main lines or go for easy-to-learn sidelines without an advantage.
Fortunately, in the last few years, modern computers improved our understanding. Nowadays, lines that have always been considered harmless are being employed on the highest level.
In this camp, we will focus on the position arising after 1.e4 c5 2.Nc3
Our suggestion will be to answer 2…d6 and 2…e6 with 3.d4!? Against 2…Nc6, we will go for 3.Bb5. Of course, less popular options such as 2…g6 and 2…a6 will be covered as well. If you look at the database, you will see that all these lines are getting extremely popular at the top-level. As a matter of fact, the line 2…d6 3.d4 is called Carlsen Variation.
In this camp, our expert team of grandmasters will provide extensive knowledge on the typical pawn structures, and theoretical trends. Additionally, the most important positional and tactical ideas will be covered.
You get 9 hours of high-level training which will provide you with the following benefits:
✅ Better understanding of the Sicilian Structures
✅ In-depth insights into the typical positional and tactical patterns in Sicilian Defence
✅ Better feeling of the connection between the opening and the middlegame
✅ Better understanding of the dynamic positions
✅ Better general chess understanding
