Audience Reviews for Attack on Titan: Season 2
- Not a bad season, it’s still entertaining with huge action scenes, but it clearly doesn’t reach the quality of the first season. Season 2 has a lot of hooking twists but very few answers. It feels like this season is just a transition toward a better story. The pace also really slows down since the first season, with a lot of talks and flashback to fill the time between action scenes. Attack on Titan really likes to show how miserable people can be and, fair enough, the main premise is about that. That said, it becomes ridiculous to see characters being constantly tortured by faith or eating alive in the most pathetic way. At one point, some main antagonists are crying after other characters confront them for their crime (which killed thousands of people), are we supposed to feel bad for mass murderers without at least knowing anything about their struggle/backstory? The melodramatic was over-the-top this season and gave a lot of exasperation as a viewer. When the middle of an intense action scenes became a talk about someone being misunderstood… I roll my eyes.
- I have to advise to not watch this. Show is not good and it’s very overrated.
- too many cliff hangers and too many interruptions which makes this season a pure frustrating disappointment.
- Shorter season but it doubles in what was awesome about the previous one.
- This show gets better and better ^^
- This show has the most cancer followers and its just straight booty
- This is a must for all people who want to wacth a great and masterpice writing story
- Season 2 of AoT drags its feet a bit. For being half as long as the other seasons you would expect it to fly by but I found it to be it a bit arduous. That being said, there are definitely fights and twists worth seeing, as is the AoT staple.
- This is my favourite anime of all time!
- Amazing season but sadly it’s not strong as season 1 with fewer episodes but I can’t knocking it down too much as at the time they didn’t have many chapters to work with as the manga was still going at the time Here is my full review https://youtu.be/wWgqf95u0zE
