Installation:
Place everything into scripts directory
Install latest ScriptHookVDotNet (v3 required) directly from the github release page. The latest release is v3.4.0 at the time of writing.
Install .NET 4.8 Runtime
Smuggler’s Run is required for Hunter, and After Hours is required for Strikeforce (strafe run)
Air Strike (Strafe Run) Usage:
By default, [activateKey] is F11. This can be changed in settings. Call in a strafe run using any method below:
1. While aiming, press [activateKey]
2. Press [activateKey]. You will be given a flare gun to mark the position of the strafe run. The run begins after the flare hits something (e.g. the ground, vehicles, NPCs, etc.)
Attack Heli Usage:
Spawn attack helicopter: F10 (can be changed in INI)
Chase & engage NPC: aim at ped/vehicle and press F10
Support Heli Usage:
Spawn support helicopter: Shift+F10
Ground crew rappel from support helicopter (must be active already): Shift+F10
Dismiss helicopters and ground crew: Del+F10
Support helicopter land near player: PageDown+F10
To enter the helicopter once it lands, get near the heli and hold your enter vehicle button for ~1 second.
To fly to waypoint (or hover if no waypoint is set), press Tab+F10
Support helicopter resume following player (after landing): PageUp+F10
Ground crew (bodyguards):
Spawned in with randomly chosen class of primary weapons: rifles, MGs, SMGs, or shotguns
Spawned in with sidearms, including AP pistol
Maximum of 7 that follow you. You can spawn more & they will protect you, but will not follow you
Bugs and future improvements:
– ENT bodyguards do not work well with gunners and guards spawned with this script. Avoid spawning ENT bodyguards while using this script

Hi so I´ve been looking for this mod however there is one error in it, I followed all the instructions. These are the errors:
Unhandled exception in script GFPS.Main
NullReferenceException in GFPS.StrafeRun.spawnStrafeVehicle(Vector3 formationAnchorPos,Vector3 spawnRotation,int32 n)

This mod is amazing! Simple as hell, and the AI seems smart. When using a bodyguard mod other than the trainer’s, they don’t shoot each other. Perfect for convoys and air support. The helicopters and air strikes even target the zombies when using Simple Zombies. This is a must have, if you want eyes in the sky.

Hi. I would like to solve this problem. So not even attack helicopters on dispatch and on this script AI in helicopters does not use all weapons. I would like to create Native script that would solve this problem. But I dont know how. Or even set up native config. Can I get help for this?

is the mod dead? apparently the spawn for the b11 is broken and crashes the script. The helis still work tho

Apologies for disappearing. I just reinstalled the game and this script, and it is working as-is for me, with the latest ScriptHookV.NET release (3.4). Download SHV.NET directly from the GitHub release page.
@Miss Aqua you can set the activation key to something you don’t use in the .ini. If you really want to completely remove the logic from the script, build it after you remove *HeliHandler.cs files and all references to it.

@iLike2Teabag I have the epic games version of the game. i have SHV.NET 3.4. Do I need to install the DLCs separately? Or do I not need to do anything?

@MeReKGs67 are you able to spawn the strikeforce by name or hash? The name is ‘strikeforce’ and the hash should be 1692272545u. If you are and this script still doesn’t work, DM me here or on Discord please.

I see you are still always updating the mod may I ask if its possible to have the B11 strike force circle around me as well follow me instead of flying away after hitting its target? Just like the heli support you can dismiss when you want. Thank You
