Those looking to find a Riolu will have to practice patience, as it only spawns in the Wild Area’s Giant’s Cap. Look for it walking around during a snowstorm.

How To Evolve Riolu Into Lucario

Riolu evolves into Lucario when it loves its Trainer and levels up during the day. Wild Lucario can also be found wandering around North Lake Miloch as high-level spawns.

What Lucario Does In Battle

Lucario is a Fighting-type Pokémon with some martial arts ability, as well as the ability to control aura like a Dragon Ball character. This means it can work as both a physical and special attacker. As a physical attacker, Smogon recommends attacks like Close Combat, Meteor Mash, and Extremespeed.

As a special attacker, Lucario can use moves like Psychic, Flash Cannon, and its signature Aura Sphere. Thanks to its flexible moveset, Lucario can be built to support a lot of different teams.
