Cancel Items and Orders

You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet. You can check the Your Orders to see if you can cancel.

To cancel items or orders:

1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Select Cancel Items, if you can cancel the item.
3. Select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
4. Select Cancel checked items (Request Cancellation / Send e-mail).
5. Confirm cancellation.You’ll be notified by e-mail about whether items could be cancelled. Alternatively, if you see the order under Cancelled Orders in Your Orders, it was successfully cancelled.

• If the Cancel Items button is not displayed, you can’t cancel items in the order.
• If your cancellation attempt is unsuccessful, you can accept the item and submit a return/refund request afterwards. For more information, see here.
• If we can confirm that your cancellation request was made before the shipment confirmation e-mail from the seller was sent, you can return received items shipped from an Amazon Marketplace seller. Please go here to begin the return.
• For orders shipped by Amazon.co.jp, if your cancellation request is only for certain items within an order, the estimated delivery date may be delayed for the remaining items, regardless of the delivery option you selected, because the items may have to re-enter the shipping preparation stage.
