Major Apex Legends leaks have revealed the next Prestige edition skin in the game, and it seems like Wraith is the next in line to receive this premium skin treatment.

Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale game based in the same universe as the Titanfall franchise. Despite facing intense competition from PUBG and Fortnite, Apex earned quite a name among the popular battle royale titles since its release.

Respawn successfully merged their world-class first-person shooter mechanics with hero-based abilities to near perfection. They became a household name in this genre and quickly garnered a massive concurrent player base.

Like other games in the same genre, Respawn took the free-to-play model to monetize their first foray into the battle royale market. It turned out to be a great decision as it meant this game had no barrier to entry.

Although players can purchase battle passes, skins, emote, and more to customize their play sessions, the game only offered character skins up to legendary rarity. That all changed when Respawn released the first Mythic rarity Prestige edition skin line with Bloodhound, followed by Bangalore Prestige Skin which was released in the Gaiden Thematic Event.

Wraith “Apex Voidshifter” Prestige skin

Following the community feedback, it seems like Wraith will be the following legend to receive Prestige Skin treatment. As the Season and Collection Event is related to the witch theme, it seems like Wraith’s Prestige skin will also have a similar look.

KralRindo, a prominent data miner in the Apex Legends community, found a specific Wraith Prestige skin finisher animation in the game files. Also, another data miner named SWL has found some more pictures related to her Prestige skin levels. He also shared the name for the Wraith Prestige skin, which is supposed to be “Apex Voidshifter.”

Starting from Season 13, Respawn made the Prestige skin exclusively available through Thematic or Collection Events. Although Season 13, Bangalore Prestige skin was unlockable through Thematic Event, this Season’s Prestige skin will be featured in the Wintertide Collection Event.
