Netherite is the best material to make tools, weapons, armor and many other things right now. This is the successor to the Diamond items, which were the powerhouse materials earlier.

Netherite can be found in the Nether realms and can be quite rare to get by. But finding them promises the player with good items and significant buffs.

The Netherite Pickaxe has 6 attack damage and a durability of 2031 which is the highest in the game. They can also be enchanted with the following to buff them even further:

• Unbreaking – Increases Durability
• Silk Touch– Mines hard to mine blocks
• Mending– Consumes EXP to mend the item
• Fortune– Extra loot while mining
• Efficiency – Mines faster

How to make a Netherite Pickaxe in Minecraft?

Players first need to obtain a Netherite Ingot and a Diamond Pickaxe. Players also need a Smithing Table to be able to craft the item.

First of all open the Smithing table menu by right-clicking on it.

After this, place the Diamond Pickaxe in the first slot and the Netherite Ingot in the second slot.

Players can see the Netherite Pickaxe in Minecraft appearing in the third slot and players can simply drag and drop it in their inventory to obtain it!
