    • Make a “To-Do” list. It could be things you need to buy, people you need to contact, or simply things you need to do for the day. You’ll find satisfaction in checking out what’s done.
    • List the things that you are grateful for in your life, no matter how silly and serious they are.
    • Praise. Everyone loves to be complimented and sharing positivity will put you in a better mood.
