Pour 2 cups (500 ml) of water and 2 tablespoons (28 1/3 g) of sugar into a medium saucepan. Bring the water and sugar to a boil under medium heat, stirring frequently. After the mixture boils, the sugar must dissolve into the water and cause the water to thicken slightly.

  • Advice

    • Cucumber juice is easy to combine, so you can combine it with many other ingredients. Add mint or ginger for a refreshing and cool taste, or mix with other juices such as apple or watermelon for a richer flavor.
    • The flesh of the fruit can be kept for other purposes. The remaining pulp in both simple and sweet cucumber juice recipes can be frozen for use in dishes such as shaved ice drinks or cucumber porridge. The fruit pulp when squeezing cucumber juice can simply be used as a rehydrating mask.
