Cook 4 cups of white rice. Just put the rice in boiling water and cook for the time specified on the instructions. Some types of white rice may take as little as 10 minutes to cook, but others can take up to 30 minutes or more. You can also microwave instant rice, but it won’t taste as good.

Prepare vegetables. First, wash the carrots (2 cups), onions (1 medium size), garlic (1 branch), ginger (1 bulb) and bean sprouts (1 cup). Next, slice the carrot and onion, and finely chop 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger. Set these ingredients aside.
Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a large saucepan. Choose a deep pan. Place the pan on the stove, over medium heat. Make sure there is no water on the pan, or the oil will explode and splatter everywhere.
Saute the vegetables in the pan for 3 minutes. Put the carrots, onion, garlic, bean sprouts and ginger in the pan. Add 1 teaspoon salt and a pinch of black pepper. Vegetables may water a little, but be careful not to let them turn brown.
Put 2 ounces of cooked chicken in the pan. You can use the chicken you cooked the day before, buy pre-cooked chicken, or cook your own chicken for the fried rice. Just cut the chicken into thin pieces and put it in the pan.
Pour about 2 tablespoons of sesame oil into the pan. You can add the oil slowly as needed rather than adding it all at once.
Add 3 eggs to the pan. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well. Next, pour the eggs into the pan.
Add rice to the pan. Fry the rice and other ingredients for about 2-3 minutes, just enough time for the rice to heat up and mix with the ingredients. Remember to stir the rice well when frying. Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce and fry the mixture for another 30 seconds. Next, remove the pan from the stove.

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of peanut oil in a large saucepan, over medium heat. [1] X Research Source
Fry eggs. Put 2 scrambled eggs in the pan. Tilt slightly so that the egg covers the surface of the pan. Let the pan balance and fry until the eggs are cooked through. In the middle of the omelette process, after about 2 minutes, flip the eggs. Then take the eggs out, cut them into small pieces and set aside.
Put the onion, garlic and ginger in the pan. Heat 1 cup of chopped onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 2 teaspoons of sliced ginger in a pan. Saute these ingredients together for 2 minutes with the remaining peanut oil.
Add the 2 sliced pork chops to the pan. The ribs should be cooked in advance. Fry the ribs for about 3 more minutes, or until the ribs are golden.
Put the rice, soy sauce and sesame oil in the frying pan. Add 1 cup cooked brown rice, 1/4 cup low salt soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons sesame oil to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Season the fried rice with salt and black pepper. Next, remove the pan from the stove.

Fried krupuk (optional). Gently drop 2 pieces of krupuk into the pan. Fry the krupuk until they rise to the surface of the pan, swell and expand – about 20 seconds. Next, turn the krupuk over and fry until slightly golden – about 10 seconds more. Use a spatula to scoop out the krupuk and place it on a paper towel to absorb the oil.

  • Fry the remaining krupuk in 3 batches in the same way. When the krupuk is fully cooked, let it cool and smash it into crumbs.
Use your hands to beat the rice into loose particles. This will help the rice absorb the other ingredients.
Heat the remaining 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a deep pan over high heat. Increase heat until pan is hot but not smoking. Next, add 2 cups of finely chopped chives and stir in the pan for 1 minute. Add 2 large chopped garlic cloves to the mixture and fry for another 30 seconds.
Add the chicken to the garlic chives mixture. Add 4.5 ounces of skinless chicken breast, de-bone, and fry until the chicken is no longer pink – this takes about 2 minutes.
Add shrimp, chili, and salt to the mixture. Add 4.5 ounces peeled and deveined medium shrimp, 2 finely chopped chili peppers, and 1 1/4 teaspoons salt to the mixture and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through.
Add the remaining broth and ketjabmanis to the rice. Add 1/4 cup chicken broth and ketjabmanis (sweet Indonesian soy sauce) to the mixture and fry until the rice is hot – about 2 minutes more.
North the mixture down. Add 1 tablespoon fish sauce and sprinkle with 4 more chopped green onions until the mixture is well mixed.

Make Thai fried rice. Make this flavorful fried rice with a variety of ingredients, including peanut oil, fish sauce, and fresh chili.
  • Advice

    • Fried rice should use leftover rice from the day before because it is firmer than freshly cooked rice. This way, the rice won’t stick together when frying.
    • Frying rice is a great way to use up a variety of leftovers or food in your fridge. One way to save time is to use chopped frozen mixed vegetables – peas, carrots, peppers, etc. occlusion.
    • Do you love fried rice but want to eat healthy? Look for low-fat cooking oils or try vegetable oils for healthier rice.
    • Squeeze a little lemon to give the rice a little more flavor.
    • You can replace cooking oil with butter.
    • There are many things you can add to fried rice. Really, you are only limited by your imagination. Here are a few ideas:
      • Tofu
      • Chicken
      • Pork
      • Ham
      • Beef
      • Vegetables such as peas, broccoli, bamboo shoots.
      • Lupcheong, also known as lop chong or sausage, is a traditional ingredient to add to fried rice. Sausages should first be cooked (steamed or fried) and diced or thinly sliced before being fried with rice. [2] X Research Source
      • Oyster oil, which can be found in Chinatown, gives fried rice a wonderful flavor that doesn’t taste like oysters at all. You just need to add a little more after cooking. Lee KumKee is a famous brand. However, some types of oyster sauce may contain MSG, so check the label carefully if you want to avoid ingesting it.
