Tap Storage & iCloud Usage ( Storage & iCloud Usage ). You’ll find this option near the bottom of the screen when you open General .

Click Manage Storage under “Storage”. This is the first Manage Storage option on the page.

  • The bottom part of the information belongs to iCloud. iCloud downloads will not be stored directly on iPhone.

Scroll through the stored information. Here, you’ll see a list of the apps available on your phone. The space occupied is shown to the right of each app (for example, 1 GB or 500 MB).

  • Because iPhones don’t have a “Downloads” (“Downloads”) folder, any downloads (e.g. documents) count toward their respective app sizes (e.g., Messages attachments) will count towards the space occupied by Messages).

    View downloaded apps. Any app with an OPEN entry on the right side is an existing app on the phone, while apps with a cloud and a down arrow next to it are downloaded apps. before that is no longer stored on your phone.

    • You can also tap Not on This Phone at the top of this page to see any apps you’ve previously purchased (or downloaded) that are no longer on your phone.
