Using iCloud

Tap Apple ID. This item is at the top of the menu and includes your name and picture (if you’re signed in).

Tap the iCloud line located in the second part of the menu.

Slide the “Contacts” (“Contacts”) section to the “On” (“On”) position. This option is located in the “APPS USING ICLOUD” or “APPS USING ICLOUD” section of the menu and will turn green when enabled.

Connect iPhone to computer and launch iTunes. The program can start automatically as soon as you connect your iPhone to the computer.

Click . Back Up Now in the Summary section. iTunes will start creating a complete backup of your iPhone, including your contact list. You can also use this backup to reset your iPhone and restore your entire contact list.
