Delete Reddit post & comment history

Manually delete posts and comments (optional). Reddit does not have a bulk delete option that allows you to delete all posts and/or comments at once. However, if you don’t have a lot of content to delete, you can easily do it manually. Here’s how to delete:

Click or tap your profile picture in the upper right corner of Reddit.
Select Profile or My profile.
Click or tap POSTS or COMMENTS at the top to display all posts or comments.
If you’re on a phone or tablet, tap the posts or comments you want to delete. If you’re on a computer, just stay in the list of posts or comments.
Click or tap the ellipsis on the post or comment and select Delete .
Repeat the above action for other posts and comments that you want to delete.

Install the Nuke Reddit History Chrome extension. If you want to bulk delete everything you’ve shared on Reddit, you’ll need to install a browser extension on your computer called Nuke Reddit History.

Sign in to Reddit at https://www.reddit.com . If you’re not ready to sign in, click Log In at the top of the page to log in now.

Switch to the old Reddit interface. Many users report that Nuke Reddit History does not work when they use Reddit’s latest interface. Here’s how to switch back to the old Reddit interface:

Click on the Nuke Reddit History extension. This is the red square icon in the upper right corner of your web browser. A pop-up window will open.

Select the history you want to delete. You can choose either or both of the options below to delete your Reddit history:

Select Overwrite & Delete All My Comments to delete any comments you’ve left on posts. This option only deletes the comments and leaves your posts intact.
Select Delete All My Posts to delete any posts you create on Reddit. This selection does not affect comments you leave on other posts.

Repeat if necessary. While Nuke Reddit History does clear the history of posts and comments, it gets stuck if you have too much content to delete.

Wait a few minutes after deleting the first series, then keep running the extension until all of your posts and/or comments are deleted.
Switch back to Reddit’s new design once it’s done. Just click the orange link GET NEW REDDIT in the upper left corner to switch back instantly.

Clear browsing history on Reddit

Open the Reddit app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad. If you’re using Reddit on your phone or tablet, you can easily delete the log of posts and likes/dislikes you see on that device.

Click or tap the X on each search item. Continue this until all items are removed from your search history.
