Click Factory data reset at the bottom of the menu.

Tap Reset Phone . Once the reset is complete, your phone will be formatted as it was when it came out of the factory.

Enter the screen lock password. If your phone is on screen lock mode, you will have to re-enter the pattern, PIN or password.

Click Erase everything to confirm. Immediately, all data on the phone will be erased and the device will reset to factory default settings and configurations. The process may take several minutes.

  • On Samsung Galaxy, you need to select Delete All instead.
