Choose a t-shirt. Folding can be done with collared and collarless versions.
Hold the shirt shoulder so the shirt is facing you. Can be held with index finger and thumb.
Fold the sleeve back with the other three fingers.
Place the shirt side on a flat surface. You can keep the shirt flat above the knee. Fold the sides of the shirt about 2.5 cm.
Hold the collar and fold it over until it fits snugly at the bottom of the shirt.

Use your fingers to hold each side of the collar.
Use your fingers as a yardstick. You will measure about 2.5cm from each side of the shirt to the collar to mark where you need to fold.
Once you have the crease in place, extend three fingers to fold the sides of the shirt including the sleeves to the back of the shirt. The shirt is now rectangular in shape.
Hold the bottom of the shirt and fold it upside down about 7cm.
Fold the rest of the shirt in half to create 3 folds. The top folded layer will touch the collar.
Flip the shirt over and you’re done folding.

Double Body

Hold the t-shirt facing you and fold it in half lengthwise. Fold so that the sleeves are even.
