  • 500g pork leg
  • 100g soybeans
  • Purple onion and coriander
  • Water

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

Buy purple onions , peel and slice thinly . Wash cilantro and cut into small pieces .

Soybeans you soak for about 6-8 hours before the shell opens, the beans are soft. After soaking, drain the water.

Buy pork rolls, squeeze with a little salt to clean , then wash 2-3 times with water so that the salt does not penetrate into the pork rolls to make them salty. Next, you blanch the pork belly to keep the broth from becoming cloudy. After blanching, you wash it 2-3 times with cold water to make the skin more crispy.

Step 2: Stew pork with soybeans

You put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in the pot, add the purple onion and saute . Then add the pork belly and stir well. You season with 1 teaspoon of soup powder, 1 teaspoon of seasoning seeds, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar . Stir well and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes so that the seasoning penetrates into the pork leg.
