How to make fried coconut tofu with three chi
Step 1: Preliminary processing
Bacon, only boneless, washed, then sliced thinly to taste.
Coconut tofu and carrots are washed and then cut into long and thick rectangular pieces, should not be too thick to make it difficult to cook when stir-frying. Then soak the coconut tofu in water mixed with rice vinegar so that it does not darken . Peel the onion and cut it into wedges.

Step 2 : Marinate the bacon with just 1 teaspoon of seasoning, ½ teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of minced red onion, mix well and leave for 5-10 minutes for the meat to infuse the spices.
Step 3 : Prepare the stir-fry sauce including 1 teaspoon seasoning, ½ teaspoon MSG, ½ teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon pepper, 3 tablespoons water, ½ tablespoon rice vinegar.
Step 4: Put the pan on the stove, heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add the meat and sauté until the meat is firm and slightly browned. Then add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and stir well .
Note: pan-fry the meat before adding minced garlic to prevent the garlic from burning.
Step 5 : Put the coconut tofu, carrots and ⅔ of the sauce in the pan, stir well . After the coconut tofu and carrots are cooked, add the hot peppers and onions and the remaining sauce and stir until all ingredients are cooked.
Step 6: Before turning off the stove, add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce and coriander, basil to make the dish more flavorful.
Step 7: Turn off the stove, present the dish on a plate and enjoy.
