Steps to make chizza – cheese fried chicken pizza

Step 1: Prepare ingredients

Green, red and fragrant bell peppers washed , cut into dices . Onions cut into dices, minced garlic.

Buy chicken breast, wash, cut into bite-sized pieces.

Place the chicken in the center of a ziplock bag or cling film, then use a mortar/hammer to beat the meat gradually until the chicken breast is thin, making the chicken more tender .

Step 2: Fry the chicken breast

Prepare 2 clean bowls , each bowl put in 25g of fried flour.

One bowl keeps the powder dry, one bowl adds 40ml of filtered water and stirs well to dissolve the powder in the water.

Then, dip both sides of the chicken in the wet batter first and then continue to dip the chicken in the dry flour so that the dough is evenly coated.

Heat oil in a pan, put the thinly coated chicken in the oil and deep fry , fry until golden crispy on both sides . Then remove the chicken to drain the oil.

Step 3: Cook the sauce

Put the pot on the stove to heat, add 30g unsalted butter until melted.

Add 300g onion, 15g minced garlic, fry until fragrant, onion starts to turn in, then continue to add 100g tomato sauce concentrate, 50g ketchup, 40g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves.

Stir the ingredients together and turn off the heat

Step 4: Bake the chicken breast

Spread on the chicken a layer of tomato sauce, depending on the taste, add more or less sauce, if you add a little more, the pizza will be richer and more delicious.
