  • Condiments needed: fish sauce, pepper, monosodium glutamate,
  • Dill: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic: 1 bulb
  • Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch: 2 tablespoons
  • Crushed ice: 90g

Step 1: Prepare beef and pork fat

Clean beef, put in the freezer to freeze for about 1-2 hours.
