  • 20ml hot water

  • 100g glutinous rice flour

  • 60g sugar

  • 180ml fresh milk without sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

  • 30g (3 tablespoons) cornstarch

Step 1: Make green tea ice cream

Sift 1.5 teaspoons of green tea powder into the bowl that already has whipping cream and condensed milk, and beat until stiff. Then divide the ice cream into small molds, cover, and place in the freezer for 1-2 hours until the ice cream is completely frozen.
