How to make pan toast

Step 1Mix and knead bread dough

You put in a bowl 250g flour, 50g sugar, 1g salt and 8g baking powder, stir the mixture. Next, you crack 1 egg into a bowl of flour, then pour 90ml of fresh milk into it. Please note that while pouring the milk, mix the mixture well so that the eggs are loose and the fresh milk is evenly absorbed into the flour !

Mix and knead the dough

Once the dough is mixed, add 20ml of cooking oil to the bowl to knead the dough. You continue to knead until the dough becomes a soft, flexible, smooth mass and no longer sticks to your hands or to the bowl.

Note :

– If you do not like to eat sweet bread, you can reduce or eliminate sugar.
