Steps

Lie on your back and relax. Feel the air around you and inhale and exhale. Try to relax your body and let go of the thoughts in your head.
Straighten your right leg and lift and hold the position. Then lift your left leg up and keep it still.
Raise both legs and head. Hold the position for as long as possible and breathe, relaxing in the abdominal area.
Switch to candle pose, lifting your buttocks and legs up. Two hands on the back. Move your feet and relax for about 1 minute in the candle pose.
Lie on your back and rotate your spine a few times. Rotate the pelvis to the right and the head to the left. Then rotate in the opposite direction. Turn as far as possible.
Move to a prone position and raise your right leg straight up. Hold the position and breathe, relaxing in the abdominal area. Then lift your left leg up and keep it still.
Tilt your head back and bring your feet as close to your head as possible. Your legs will lift up and your hands on the floor parallel to your body. Here’s how to maintain your posture. Then use your hands to hold the legs to form an arch, breathe, relax in the abdomen and move the feet.
Lie face down in your hands, move your legs and relax.
Sit cross-legged or lotus position. Keep your back straight and relax your abs. Recite the phrase “Om Shanti” for one minute, which is an important prayer in Hinduism. Think quickly to let the thoughts settle down. Then join hands to pray and say: “I send light to (name of god). May everyone be happy. May the world be peaceful”.
  • Lie down and relax your muscles. Stretch leg and foot muscles. Relax. Continue to stretch your arm and hand muscles. Relax. Tension of the head and face muscles. Relax. Whole body tension. Relax. Move legs. Relax completely for a few minutes. Relax your body in happiness and peace.

    Advice

    • Yoga helps the body to be flexible, develops muscles, relieves internal pressure, increases life energy and helps you think positively, so you need to practice yoga as often as possible!
    • Don’t push yourself over the limit. If something hurts after doing a yoga movement, you should stop that movement. If it hurts while exercising, it’s okay. Remember that yoga is for relaxation.
    • Stretch before doing yoga so your legs and arms won’t hurt as much as you lift them up.
    • You can also get naked while doing yoga. This way, you will be more relaxed and less stressed.
    • You should clearly define your yoga goals before you start. Try asking yourself “is yoga really that important to me?” and try to answer that question. There are times when you feel depressed and want to give up, remember the purpose when you practice yoga to find your original determination. [1] X Research Source

    Warning

    • Do yoga for your good. If you can’t do something, don’t try. A lot of people practice the wrong way. They only practice yoga in form (ie only on the outside) without inner emotions. They do not relieve stress. It is important that you train with purpose, efficiency with endurance.
    • Most people who are new to yoga can do the candle pose (like step 4). If this pose is difficult for you, don’t exert yourself.
