Go to the Spotify homepage on a web browser.

You cannot delete your Spotify account directly in the app.

Click Close Account . Spotify user care will process your request soon and the account will be permanently deleted as soon as the request is approved.

After deleting your account, your music library can no longer be restored. If you want to suspend Spotify, you should click the Cancel Subscription button on the page. This allows you to restore your entire playlists, songs, and friends if at some point you decide to re-enable the paid subscription feature.
