This listing is for an amazing 10 acre property with more “features” than we have ever seen. This property has a very well-constructed concrete slab which is about 1,800 square feet in size. Here are the directions to the property: From Lebanon, Missouri take Highway 5 south to the tiny town of Grovespring. From Grovespring go west on Highway M for about 3 miles then go north on Highway DD. Stay on Highway DD for about 4 miles and it will turn into gravel (you are now on Pleasant Ridge Road). Go about a mile on the gravel and you will see the land on the right side (east side) of the road. When you visit the property please print out the maps and directions we have provided as it can be tricky the first time you drive to the property.
